RETURN POLICY FOR EVENTS AND SERVICES
Since our events are private and are limited when it comes to amount participants, and we do prepare and book staff for the different types of events we do, we do not refunds, unless you cancel latest 72 hours before, then we offer 50 % refund.
If we should have co cancel the event from our part, we of course give a full refund. Complaints
Following the Danish rules and legislations we offer 24 months of complaint period. This means that you can get the product repaired, exchanged, refunded or get a price reduction, depending on the situation.
Improper use or misuse of the products are not covered within your complaint rights.
Complains regarding products that are defect should be informed to The Barbershop ApS within a reasonable time limit. We regard two months as being within reasonable time.
If your complaint is justified we will pay your shipping cost.
